Shipping & Returns

All of our products are made to order. Each order takes 2-3 weeks to create, pack, and ship. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping and tracking details. If you have a question regarding the shipment of your order, please email orders@saintatma.com.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All orders over $100 include FREE domestic ground shipping. Orders that are shipped within the US will ship via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive in 2-3 business days after they are shipped. All orders will receive a delivery confirmation email that will contain a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders ship via First Class Mail and arrive 7-14 days after they are shipped in most circumstances, but can take up to 3 weeks. Most orders will receive a delivery confirmation email that will contain a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages that are lost of damaged in transit. Standard shipping does not include insurance. We cannot mark and item as a “gift” or reduce the value of the package, since this is illegal and we can be seriously penalized. Customs and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

RETURNS

We do not accept returns at this time. All products are customized and made to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, please expect slight variations. If you believe your product is defective and it has not been used, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can review your issue.
